The room was tidy and had a useful kitchenette, plus it was in a great location within walking distance from Tamaki Maori Village.

A nice size and charming little rooms with 3 separate lounges nice space to relax and excellent service - just as we expected. Location: the hotel was really close to all the shops and restaurants and restuarants;))

Second time staying here, got a nice apartment with comfy beds in both rooms. Had a bunch of channels on the TV 📺, a spot to eat, and a chill area to hang out - all handy stuff.

Staff were fantastic friendly and the hotel was excellent, it had good location close to everything including the hospital.

Good and absolutely perfect location of the hotel with free parking. For tea or coffee visit Le Cafe de Paris nearby.

Overall it was a comfortable stay for 2 nights. The staff were nice, marvellous and fantastic location very close to main shopping centre. The main bar was available on the premises. We loved this stay.

The bathroom was very dated.

Homely and excellent accommodation

Unbeatable setting near Rainbow Springs. Welcoming and polite staff. - Reasonably large guest room with a bedside table. - Nice addition of a TV set and lounge area.

The location of this hotel close to Kuirau Park, with its mudpools and thermal vents, was perfect and excellent. the studio was reasonably large and well-equipped, especially for the children. - the staff were excellent, respectful, and had a sense of humor.

This place offers excellent value for the price paid and provides great service, especially enjoyed their warm drinks served in the main bar.

Spacious bedrooms here with separate units for the main bedroom. the service is top-notch, plus you can park right on site! 🅿️

The rooms here are fantastic, especially with a private spa bathtub 🛁. the staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay exceed expectations.

The upgraded two bedroom suite with a fully stocked kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Yong, the staff member at check-in, was friendly and helpful, even providing a small carton of milk for our morning coffee. He gave great suggestions for places to eat and shop and provided maps to help us navigate the area. the hotel's two small thermal pools were a nice touch, although they were a bit too hot for us to fully enjoy. However, we still managed to splash ourselves with the mineral water. Just remember to remove your jewelry beforehand to prevent tarnishing. the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to main eateries and shopping, and directly across from a lovely park.

The staff here were amazing - super friendly and really great at what they do! You gotta love it. In terms of location, it's spot on, just a 5-minute stroll to the Central Mall 🛍️. Can't get any better than that!
